Our office hours are by appointment. We are available to answer any questions you may have or to schedule an appointment during the following hours:
Monday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Tuesday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Wednesday: 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Thursday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday: Closed
*Lunch is 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday

Appointments
Appointments are an important part of your treatment, as time has been reserved specifically for you to talk with the doctor and receive treatment. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you might be asked to reschedule your appointment.
We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometime require missing an appointment, and appreciate your cooperation.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Please inform us of any changes to your insurance coverage.
As a courtesy to our patients, we will submit claims on your behalf to your insurance company (a maximum of 2) for services rendered. If claims are not paid in a timely fashion, you will be responsible for any unpaid balance. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
