I joined Coghlan Orthodontics in 1993 working in several areas before taking over the role as Office Manager in 2002. I enjoy overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office & making sure every patient feels welcome & their orthodontic journey seamless. I am most passionate about spending time with my husband, Tim, our kids & grandkids, and our cat, Louis, and our family time at the beach! I also love shopping, gardening, reading, baking and antiquing!

I started working for Coghlan Orthodontics in 1981. It has been a pleasure working here and I feel very blessed to be a part of this great team. Having worked in several different areas of the office, I am here to address all your questions and/or concerns and to make sure that your treatment progresses smoothly. I love meeting new people and interacting with them to try and make their experience here as pleasant as possible. I am here for you! I love camping, boating, and spending time with my husband, my daughter and son-in-law and my 3 wonderful grandchildren.

I have worked in the Insurance/Billing office since 2001. I enjoy working with patients as well as their parents. I will do my best to answer all your insurance questions, help you maximize your benefits, and work with you on your payment plans. My husband, Jeff, and I love spending time with our two boys.

I have been with this practice for 23 years. Outside the office, I love to attend concerts, car shows and drive my vintage mustang.
Kayla
I've proudly been a part of the Coghlan Orthodontics team since 2008 and have served as Records Technician since 2016. I love meeting patients at the start of their journey and celebrating with them when they see their final results. Watching their confidence grow through each transformation is what makes my job so rewarding. Outside of the office, I enjoy shopping and spending time with my husband and our pets, Axle & Stevie.
Larissa
I joined Coghlan Orthodontics in 2021, bringing two years of experience as an EFDA to the team. As an orthodontic assistant, I love helping our patients achieve their perfect smiles. It's amazing to see the impact a confident smile can have on someone's life-a smile truly says it all. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband, and our two cats, as well as connecting with my family and friends.

I have had the privilege of working alongside the Coghlan Orthodontics Family for 3 years and have been in dental for about 10 years. My passion is anything outdoors; mostly kayaking, hiking, live music, camping, and occasionally I'll go skydiving. I love to cook, especially whenever I can host my friends. I am a cheese and pickle connoisseur, a foodie at heart. One of my biggest goals in life is to travel and experience the wonders of the world…and food. I can't wait to work with you and hope to see your smiling face soon!

I joined the Coghlan Orthodontics team in 2024 as an orthodontic assistant and have been a dental assistant since 2021. I enjoy being a part of each patient's journey to a beautiful smile. I love educating patients about good oral health and watching their confidence grow throughout their treatment. Outside of the office I enjoy staying active, spending time outdoors, and hanging out with friends and family.
Miranda
I love helping patients throughout their smile journey. With experience in orthodontics and general dentistry, I enjoy creating a positive, comfortable experience for every patient who walks through the door. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband, and our two Corgis (Peach and Leia).
Tiffany
I am responsible for sterilization in the office. I have 3 grandchildren whom I dearly love. In my free time, I hunt artifacts and fossils and love going to music festivals.
